This is designed to increase lean muscle mass via functional movements. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and we highly recommend that all people who train with us are attending at least one Strength class per week. Higher intensity lifting and metabolic training also stimulate lipolysis (fat breakdown and release) and increase the body’s metabolism long after training is finished. A powerful class that leaves you on a high! Females, weight training is VITAL in shaping your body, changing your composition (losing fat) and creating glutes (a booty) of steel.
Muscle lengthening, a strong core and full body toning is what you’ll achieve in Reformer Pilates. In this class you will learn how to specifically target the small muscle groups, in order to form lean, long and toned muscles. Don't be fooled in thinking this class wont get you working hard, its the perfect class to compliment your more high intensity or strength sessions.
Our training encompasses teaching you the basics of weight training, we provide guidance and support after pregnancy or injury, we guide you to reaching your ultimate performance goal, and everything in between.
Your trainer will plan and program your sessions specifically to your individual needs and goals, and your training will be measured on our digital platform to ensure you are making progress at each and every session.
SWEAT X CYCLE
SWEAT X is our signature spin/cycle class. Ride together as a pack in a candlelit studio,. Why spin with us? Cycle classes pioneered interval training before it was even cool... and for good reason. A single class torches calories and you'll benefit from increased muscular endurance and lung capacity. You don't have to be a Lycra-wearing, yellow jersey-winning, Tour De France-loving cycle enthusiast to get a good workout. In fact, you control how hard and fast you work by adjusting the resistance dial and choosing a level that's suited to your fitness. You get out what you put in!
