Functional Fitness

Our functional fitness classes are mostly resistance based to increase lean muscle (aka muscle tone), with a touch of cardiovascular exercise to keep your heart healthy. Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, body weight, ski ergs, air bikes and rowers, you’ll hit your physical goals in no time.

We have clients starting from no fitness background everyday – this is what we specialise in! Everyone starts somewhere and we can’t wait to work with you. For those who are advanced; our trainers know just how to scale and challenge you to avoid plateau!

Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer classes are a fantastic low impact way to improve strength and flexibility.  Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer adjusts to suit your individual abilities and we have 5 different class types to choose from to ensure you align with your personal goals.

In our carefully curated classes, you’ll learn how to specifically target the small muscle groups to give you well-rounded strength and full body toning. 

Private Training

If you’re looking for customised sessions, our private training is for you. You’ll work one-on-one with a Thrive trainer to set goals, measure progress, and be your best self!

This is ideal if you’ve recently experienced an injury, are training for specific performance, want individual accountability, need support during or after pregnancy, or just prefer an even more personal approach.

It doesn’t matter if you’re newer to training, have never stepped foot into a gym, or you’re an athlete. Thrive instructors go above and beyond, guiding you through every exercise, and challenging you if that’s what you need. We take pride in helping you become the absolute healthiest, strongest and leanest version of yourself.

Our classes are small, so you get the attention you deserve. Plus our experienced coaches and pilates instructors have curated every single session themselves. There’s no screens. No CEO planning sessions from behind a computer. We are old school – a tight knit community, lots of sweat, results, epic beats and the best coaches you’d ever wish for.

With no stone left unturned at Thrive, we have a strong focus on wellness with an infrared sauna and hydrogen water available on tap for you at the studio.
