Personal Training Fitness And Best Gym Mildura

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness classes are strength based to increase lean muscle mass through functional movements. With a combination of barbells, dumbbells, cable machines and good old body weight, you’ll build muscle and burn fat. We recommend at least two strength class per week to see the best results.

Keep in mind, we have individuals starting from no fitness background every single day and this is what we specialise in. Everyone starts somewhere and we can’t wait to nurture you along your journey to becoming the best version of you! For those who are advanced, don’t worry, our trainers know just how to scale and challenge you to avoid plateau!

Reformer Pilates

Our 50 minute Reformer classes are a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility.  Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer adjusts to suit your individual abilities and we have 5 different class types to choose from to ensure you align with your personal goals.

In our carefully curated classes, you’ll learn how to specifically target the small muscle groups to give you well-rounded strength and full body toning. 

Private Training

If you’re looking for customised, personal sessions, our private training is for you. You’ll work one-on-one with a THRIVE trainer to set goals, measure progress, and be your best self!

This is ideal if you’ve recently experienced an injury, need support during or after pregnancy, or just prefer a more personal approach. We’ll recommend an ideal mix of training and make sure you can perform all activities safely without risk of injury. Whether you’re training for specific performance or just want individual accountability, our trainers are excited to work with you towards your goals.

Our Mantra

It’s our mantra at Thrive that feeling healthy physically, mentally and emotionally begins with your physical fitness and how you move your body. In Joseph Pilates words ‘change happens through movement, and movement heals’. 

It doesn’t matter if you’re newer to training, have never stepped foot into a gym, or you’re an athlete. THRIVE trainers or pilates instructors go above and beyond, and will guide you through every exercise, or challenge you if that’s what you need. We take pride in helping you be the absolute healthiest, and strongest version of yourself in both mind and body. 

Our classes are small, with rarely over 10 per class so you get the attention you deserve. Our experienced coaches and pilates instructors have curated every single session themselves. There’s no screens. No CEO planning sessions from behind a computer. We are old school – a tight knit community, lots of sweat, results, epic beats, and the best coaches you could ever wish for.
