MEET THE TEAM
Katie is the creator of Thrive. She began the business during her own journey towards inner alchemy in 2012. Katie is a qualified school teacher (B.A education), Master of Training certified, and she has also furthered her studies through completing many other short courses. Katie’s nurturing and gentle nature is obvious to see as her utmost priority is the wellbeing of all members, hence her introduction of various modalities to Thrive and sourcing the best team to execute them; functional training, Pilates, spin, meditation, workshops and the infrared sauna.
Tracey is our ultimate fitness inspiration! Tracey thrives off helping others reach their goals and will have you feeling empowered after each and every session. Tracey promotes a holistic approach to health and her passions lie within fitness, physical health, mental wellbeing, and balance. You can find Tracey in our Sweat X studio instructing our spin classes, where you will be connecting mind and body through bike, while putting your body to the ultimate test.
You will catch Tiegan in the gym instructing HIIT, Boxing, SweatX, Strength classes, AND our child friendly classes! Tiegan is a breath of fresh air who will empower you to feel your very best, physically and mentally while also pushing you to your absolute limits. While having two beautiful babies of her own and rebuilding her strength and fitness each time, she has a wealth of knowledge surrounding pre and post-partum training.
Georgie completed her Cert IV in Fitness in early 2020, before immediately jumping on board at Thrive Fitness. Georgie is incredibly passionate about what she does, and her bubbly personality will keep your vibes high throughout the entire class. Georgie may be one of our newest trainers, however, be sure not to let that fool you! She is bound to provide you with an epic sweat and will for sure push you to your absolute maximum capacity! Georgie instructs HIIT, Sweat X, and strength.
KT is a bundle of energy and vibrance who is one of our dedicated Pilates instructors. She studied a world class Reformer Pilates course in Byron Bay and now loves sharing her love for Pilates with you all. If you are up for a high vibe Pilates class that will leave your muscles burning in the best way possible KT is your person!
Bonnie is one of our passionate Pilates and Barre instructors who will be sure to get your core firing! Bonnie has a background in training Barre, Pole, and Dancing. With an enthusiastic and a dynamic approach to her teaching, Bonnie’s positive energy and beaming smile is absolutely infectious!
Eyrlie is a qualified trainer in both Mat and Pilates training and she began her teaching journey in 2017. Eyrlie has a kind and gentle spirit, a calming energy and a mind full of knowledge and passion. We are now so lucky to have her at Thrive. You can be sure to find Eyrlie in the Pilates studio teaching Reformer Fit, Reformer Stretch and Meditation, and Mat Connect.
